Fire departments and mutual aid groups may now train together online in a distance learning/web portal format. Working Fire Training has joined forces with Chalk Media of Canada, creators of chalkboard™ a learning content management system where a variety of media can be introduced into the learning environment.

chalkboard911 is a system not just designed for larger departments. Smaller departments may band together (training associations or mutual aid partners, for example) and enroll in this system while sharing the costs. There are also options available where you can design your own training or convert training you've already created to the chalkboard911 system.
