Program Format
With the exception of Volumes 04-1 to 04-5, (January - May 2004), the format of the DVD Program can be found here. Volumes 04-1 to 04-5 consist of one extended training segment on each volume.

Past programs are available on VHS tape prior to 2004 and on DVD in 2004 and following.
